Building the operating system for Indian fitness

A fitness industry in India that runs on real systems, not guesswork — where every trainer runs a real business, every independent gym has enterprise-grade operations, every apartment community can bring fitness to its own residents without the hassle, and every person getting fit can trust who they're training with and what they're paying for.

FitStat is building the systems and trust that India's fitness industry needs to run on — for the people getting fit, the trainers coaching them, the gym owners running the businesses in between, and the apartment communities that want to bring that same structure to their own residents.

Same discipline everywhere: real data, real systems, real accountability — not hype — applied to an industry that's used to running on neither.

We're early, and we're honest about it. FitStat now runs its own gym, FitStat Nagasandra, opening in January 2027; sells the FitStat gym software that independent gyms run themselves, live at Fit Formula in Munnekolala; and ties it together with one FitStat login, so a member sees their gym memberships and online training in one place. Alongside that: a marketplace connecting customers with vetted online trainers, a growing calendar of community challenges, free structured training content, and training for apartment communities. We're scraping the surface of what FitStat can become, and we'd rather say that plainly than oversell where we are.
