We use Kore App, not YDL. Can you still manage our operations?
Yes. FitStat is CRM-agnostic. We build a Kore adapter that connects to your existing data and feeds our payroll engine, P&L reporting, and compliance tools. You don't switch CRMs. We connect to what you have.
What does white-label actually mean in practice?
FitStat's name never appears — not to your members, not to your staff, not publicly. All reports, emails, and communications go out under your gym's name or a neutral identity. We sign a formal NDA and a white-label MSA before the engagement begins. A separate premium rate card applies to reflect the additional overhead and zero referral benefit for FitStat.
For Track 2 (negotiated) — what does the branding clause actually say?
The standard MSA includes a branding clause with a blank field for the agreed stance — ranging from "FitStat not mentioned publicly" to "co-branded on digital materials only." It's agreed during onboarding and can be revised with 30 days notice. Rate card doesn't change based on this clause.
What if my CRM has no API or export function?
We fall back to a structured CSV export pipeline — your CRM admin exports data monthly, uploads it to a shared folder, and our system processes it. Less elegant but fully functional. We've designed the system specifically so the downstream outputs (payroll, P&L, compliance) are identical regardless of how data arrives.
How is white-label pricing different from standard?
White-label engagements typically carry a 20–30% premium over the standard rate card. This reflects: higher ops discipline (no FitStat-branded shortcuts), the absence of referral or brand-building value for FitStat, and the legal overhead of an NDA + bespoke MSA. Exact premium is agreed during the proposal stage.
Do you run social media and WhatsApp for the gym as well?
Yes — as an optional add-on from Ops Managed upward. We don't replace your staff's content creation — they shoot and create, we approve, schedule, and maintain consistency. For WhatsApp, we manage three separate groups: members, trainers, and leads, each with a distinct communication approach. For white-label clients (Track 3), we operate entirely under the gym's identity — FitStat never appears in posts, comments, or group messages, and a dedicated SOP governs this.
We already have someone managing our Instagram. Can we still add just WhatsApp community management?
Yes. The Community & Social add-on can be scoped to WhatsApp-only if Instagram and Facebook are already covered. Pricing adjusts accordingly — typically ₹5,000–₹7,000/month for WhatsApp group management alone. Confirm scope on the onboarding call.
