Who is FitStat for?
Independent gyms, fitness studios and small chains in India that run on registers, Excel or a basic CRM and want renewals, billing and check-ins to run themselves. Multi-branch gyms pay per branch.
We use YDL or Kore today. How hard is it to move?
Export your members from your current system and upload the file on the Import members page. You see what will be imported before anything changes, and running it twice doesn't create duplicates. On Premium we do the migration for you.
Do my members see FitStat's name?
Your receipts, emails, member app and web address carry your gym's name and logo. Premium gyms can also use their own domain, like app.yourgym.in.
Who owns the data?
You do. FitStat processes it for you under our Data Processing Agreement, never sells it, and you can export everything at any time.
Can someone set it up with me?
Yes. Standard includes one guided remote set-up session; Premium includes onboarding by a named manager. Call or WhatsApp us on the number below.
