• Health & Safety: You engage in physical activities at your own risk. Consult a physician before starting any new fitness regime. FitStat is not liable for injuries sustained during participation.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All event fees are non-refundable and non-transferable unless the event is cancelled by us.
• Payment processing is handled by third-party providers (Razorpay).

3. Content & Insights

• The fitness information and insights provided on our website are for educational purposes and do not constitute medical advice.
• We retain ownership of all original content, designs, and materials on this site.

4. User Conduct

Participants are expected to maintain sportsmanship and respect within the community. Harassment or fraudulent behavior (e.g., faking challenge stats) will lead to immediate ban.
