How to join FitStat Nagasandra, buy a membership at a gym on FitStat, and keep your gyms and online training under one login.

Join the FitStat Nagasandra waitlist

FitStat Nagasandra is FitStat's own coach-led gym in HMT Layout, Nagasandra, opening in January 2027. Join the waitlist to lock in founding-member prices: 3 months ₹5,999, 6 months ₹7,999, 12 months ₹9,999.

  • Founding prices are for the first 100 sign-ups, until 31 December 2026. No payment is taken on the waitlist: our team calls you to confirm your plan.
  • You choose your start date any time after we open. Consultations at the gym start on 29 November 2026.
  • The 12-month plan includes 12 complimentary Studio Room sessions (dance fitness, yoga or HIIT), one a month.

Gyms that run on FitStat can sell memberships here. Open a gym, pick a plan and pay. You buy from the gym itself: it takes your payment on its own Razorpay account, gives you its own GST invoice and runs your membership.

Sign in with your mobile number

One FitStat account holds your gym memberships and your online training. We send a code to your mobile; there is no password to remember.

Link your gyms

From your account, link the gyms you're a member of. Each link needs your consent, and from then on you can open each gym's member portal (dues, invoices, renewals, class and PT booking) without signing in again.

Check in at the gym

Check in at the entrance on every visit, with your PIN, member card or QR code, or fingerprint or face check-in only if you choose it.

Frequently asked

Can someone under 18 join a gym?

Yes, from the minimum age the gym sets (16 at FitStat Nagasandra), but only as a user. A parent or guardian buys the membership from their own account, ticks "under 18" at checkout, and accepts the terms for the young person. The parent or guardian must show their own photo ID at the gym's front desk before the first visit; until then the young person can't check in. Online personal training and events are for adults (18+) only.

Do gym memberships renew automatically?

No. The gym reminds you before your plan ends, and you renew by paying for a new plan.

Can I pause my membership?

Yes, up to the days your plan allows. At FitStat Nagasandra that is 10 days on 3 months, 20 days on 6 months and 30 days on 12 months; your end date moves by the days you pause.

Can I cancel and get a refund?

Each gym sets its own refund terms, shown before you pay. At FitStat Nagasandra, if you cancel within 7 days of paying and before your first visit, you get the full amount back. See the Refund & Cancellation Policy for the rest.
