Tick the checklist

Gather your gym's name, the web address you want (yourgym.fitstat.ai), the owner's email and mobile, and your state. For the first week you'll also want your plans, staff list, member list, logo and GSTIN.

Sign in and set up

We send you your login. Your gym app is live at your own web address, and the Getting started card takes you through plans, staff, members and settings.

• Bring your members from YDL, Kore or Excel: the Import members page reads your export as it is, tidies it, and shows you what it will import before it changes anything. Balances owed come across too.
• No WhatsApp Business number? Reminders, receipts and login codes go by email instead.

Pick a plan and pay

Standard is ₹24,000 and Premium ₹48,000 per branch per year, plus 18% GST. You can also pay quarterly, half-yearly, or for 2 or 3 years at a lower price. Pay from the Billing page in your gym app and get a GST invoice from FitStat Co.

• Launch offers: Founding 25 (first 25 gyms on a 1-year or longer plan) gets free migration and staff training on Standard and a two-year price lock; pay during your trial and get 13 months for 12; switching from YDL or Kore gets free migration.
• Refer a gym: when it first pays for a 1-year or longer term, we add 2 months to yours.

Grow: more branches, your own domain

Add a branch from the gym app whenever you open one; every branch shows in one view. Premium gyms can put their gym app at their own domain, like app.yourgym.in.
